The owner of bcr-group.pl is BCR GROUP Sp. z o.o. (the "Operator"), ul. Kowalska 5/203, 20-115 Lublin, Poland.

These Terms set out the rules for using the informational website presenting the Operator's accounting and advisory services.

Nature of the website

Content is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 §1 of the Polish Civil Code, nor legal, tax or accounting advice.

Specific terms of cooperation are agreed individually in a separate contract.

Contact form

Sending an enquiry through the form does not bind either party to enter into a contract — it is simply an invitation to talk.

All content (texts, graphics, logo, layout) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Operator or is used under appropriate licences.

Copying, altering or publishing without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.

Complaints about the site can be sent to info@bcr-group.pl. We respond within 14 business days.

Final provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
